Job Title: Data Entry Clerk III Job Location: Jackson, MS

Description/Comment:

• Answer inbound customer calls to provide support, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, provide updates, and conduct service outreach.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Document all interactions clearly and accurately in the customer management system.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Adhere to all compliance, privacy, and security standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with call center software and CCS systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interaction.
• Role may require meeting daily or weekly call targets and performance metrics.
