Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:
Customer and Corporate contacts both internal and external communications and follow-up of those contacts.
- Maintain the files in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
- File all receiving and shipping documents as required.
- Have a basic understanding of Microsoft office, Excel and Word programs and their use and operation.
- Take data and accurately enter into spreadsheet for processing by internal Custom's department.
- Aid the Customer Service Coordinator with all operations' transactions.
- Aid JVSF Business Unit Manager with general office and clerical duties.
- Perform related work as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Maintaining warehouse records in a complete and accurate manner.
- Keeping all warehouse areas clean and organized at all times.
- Staging materials, packaging and supplies required by the Warehouse Supervisor or designated representative.
- Recording of reports as required.
- Assist in training as required.
- Reports on all matters that require his/her attention.
- Adheres to compliance with company safety and housekeeping regulations.
- Performing incoming inspections as required.
- Performs related work as required, as well as additional duties as instructed.
