Job Type: Full-time - TEMP TO HIRE
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input customer information into databases.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous data entry and customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
