Job Description
Part-time Data Entry/Inventory/Customer Service Representative.We are a fourth-generation family-owned and operated company serving the seafood industry and we’re proud to be a leading third-party handler of fresh and frozen seafood.Conveniently located in the Seaport Area (South Boston) accessible by bus.The data entry position is part-time, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12pm-close (6/8 pm).Position is evolving and hours may change based on the needs of the business!The position will be responsible for completing the following daily procedures:
- Entering Bill of Lading (BOL) information for cross-dock orders.
- Identifying BOLs that are for inventory.
- Uploading web orders from the Queue.
- Signing in/out Drivers.
- Answering phone calls.
- Scanning and matching BOLs.
- Cross-train on all desks for coverage as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
