WHO WE ARE: Founded in 2007, DTI (Diversified Technology, Inc.) is a successful African American owned IT Consulting/Staffing firm based in Chicago's Loop.WHAT WE DO: We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners. Are you a Data Entry Operator – Senior looking for your next contract? If so, we want to speak to you! DTI has an immediate need for a Data Entry Operator – Senior for a 5+ Months hybrid contract in Columbus, OH.Must work on our W2 Columbus, OH (Local candidates only)They will be remote on M / F and in office on T / W / TH. Qualifications: High school & post-secondary education preferred. Experience: 6 plus Years.Responsibilities:
- Performs advanced data entry duties.
- Can support multiple data entry tasks in various systems and can be requested to develop simple standard operating practices on data entry tasks.
- Involved in managing confidential and sensitive information.
- Will be requested to provide guidance to staff once they have a solid background in the work.
- Makes decisions within scope of position and authority as well as independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling work for self.
- Can also make decisions that have impact on the department in regard to process, updates, and changes as we move through system transitions.
- Inputs Alpha/Numeric data. Proofs work for accuracy and completeness.
- Prioritizes work by coding and sorting. Corrects errors during visual inspection.
- Maintains accurate records.
- Makes simple mechanical adjustments, such as switching sets and changing control features.
- Generates reports on inputted data.
- Experience with Access preferred.
- Ability to use 10 key adding machine.
- Ability to key 10,000 keystrokes per hour.
- Good mathematical ability.
- Good item processing skills.
- Remote work
