Position: Data Entry Operator (Remote) Your Next Big Move Starts Here Our client — a growing organization with a strong operational backbone — is seeking a meticulous Inventory & Order Processing Specialist to support ERP and drop-ship inventory workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, process compliance, and structured systems work. What You’ll Be Doing Process virtual inventory for drop-ship orders within the company ERP system Verify order accuracy (part numbers, pricing, PO generation, and invoice match) Maintain shipper and PO records within internal systems (Net UI) Process receipts line-by-line and confirm RC number generation Document and track transactions within Smartsheet Ensure data accuracy across all systems and follow established procedures What You Bring to the Table Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math and logical reasoning skills Comfort navigating ERP and order management systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel preferred) Ability to follow standard operating procedures A positive attitude Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in order processing, inventory, or administrative support preferred Experience working within ERP systems strongly desired
