Job Description
Job Title: Central Advancement Gifts Specialist
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Rate: Up to $25.00/Hour
Duration: 2 Months
Summary:
- This is a contract role for a duration of 2 months.
Responsibilities:
- Gift entry and processing
- Data entry and validation
- Review of supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Support for year-end gift processing workflows
- Donor record maintenance and research
- Other routine Gift Services operational support as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (combined education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements)
- Minimum one year of general office experience
- At least six months of data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established procedures
Preferred Skills:
- Experience as a bank teller, cashier, payment processor, bookkeeper, or in other transaction-based roles
- Experience handling high-volume data entry or financial transactions
- Strong customer service skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
