Data Entry Professional (Hybrid/Remote)Assignment Type: Contract-to-HireThrough: Johnson Service Group (www.jsginc.com) Location: Raleigh, NCPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Professional to support data integrity and asset visibility initiatives. This role plays a key part in helping the team analyze market potential, identify service opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data capture, organization, and reporting—enabling faster decision-making and improved service delivery.ResponsibilitiesData Management & Entry

• Perform high-volume data entry and data loading to support asset tracking and visibility*
• Map installed assets and 3rd-party OEM assets into internal systems*
• Capture and document untracked customer maintenance events*
• Support asset demand tracking and database updates

Research & Data Enrichment

• Research assets, site details, and address information for database accuracy*
• Assist in adding new sites and asset records into systems*
• Support identification and integration of digital asset components (e.g., monitoring and switching devices)

Reporting & Analysis Support

• Pull, prepare, and organize service engineering and field service event data*
• Assist in identifying trends and gaps in asset and service data*
• Support lead tracking and service opportunity identification

Process Improvement & Automation

• Assist in developing automation tools to extract and process data from large volumes of Field Service Representatives*
• Support ongoing efforts to improve data integrity and system accuracy*
• Identify inconsistencies and help implement corrective actions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required*
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset*
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills*
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving (“detective”) skills*
• Solid work ethic and ability to manage repetitive, data-heavy tasks*
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel*
• Comfortable working with data systems and executing structured processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in data entry, data analysis, or similar roles*
• Experience working with large datasets or asset management systems*
• Exposure to automation tools or data extraction processes
