The Opportunity
Join us today as aData Entry Representative in ourService Unit Department!HUB PR’sData Entry Representativeworks closely with theClient Executive Assistanttoensurethedocumentation of our processesmeetour standards.This role calls for a sharp eye for detail, a sense of urgency, a customer-first mindset, and a tech-savvy approach — someone who is comfortable navigating digital tools and eager to embracenew technologiesas they evolve.
A day in the life…
Entry and validation of the documentation of thecommercial and personallinesaccounts,including theirpolicies.
Update the policies information as needed.
Manage the scanning of policies and send them via email to Account Executives and Client Executive Assistantsfor Commercial Lines and Personal Lines.
Assurethat the informationsubmittedon our system, EPIC, isaccurate.
Participate in process improvementprojectsleveragingAI tools — including piloting solutions and documenting new waysof working.
Identifymanual or repetitive workflow steps and propose AI-assisted improvements to increase team efficiency.
What you will need for success
Bachelor’s or associatedegree
Preferred experience with EPICandinsuranceindustry
Bilingual: English and Spanish
Preferred experience with Claude
