Job Description

Data Entry Specialist Advance Services in Hastings is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately input, maintain, and verify production, inventory, and administrative data. This role plays a key part in supporting operations by ensuring information is complete, accurate, and up to date.Responsibilities:

Enter and manage production, inventory, quality, and shipping data using Excel, including advanced formulas and automated spreadsheets*
Review, audit, and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems*
Develop, update, and maintain Excel reports, including use of macros and VBA to improve efficiency and data tracking*
Maintain and organize electronic and paper records with a high level of accuracy*
Assist with data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet optimization to support operational decisions*
Communicate with production, quality, and office teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data integrity*
Follow company procedures while handling confidential and sensitive information*
Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed

Qualifications: Strong knowledge in Excel with emphasis in formulas, macros and Visual Basic for Applications(VBA), two- year experience or certificateWage: $19.00-$20.00 DOEHours: 8am-4:30pm, hours may vary on day shift.
