Data Entry Specialist
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $28-$29/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9am-5pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Data Entry Specialist? An organization in San Francisco is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to assist with data entry and reservation processing for an upcoming spring event. This is a great short term opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and staying organized.
This role will focus on reviewing and processing reservation forms submitted by members. You will work with Outlook and a software system call Jonas to ensure all reservations are accurate, complete, and properly entered.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review submitted reservation forms for completeness and accuracy
- Ensure reservations meet all required guidelines
- Enter and process reservations in the Jonas system
- Perform data entry and filing related to membership records
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation
- Communicate professionally regarding any discrepancies or missing information

Experience Required:
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer systems
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency
- Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
