Job Description
Position Summary: The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately keying applications into the Affinity database.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Key paper applications into the Affinity database
- Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy
- Assisting the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
- Assisting when needed with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
- Work with management to address/suggest any systematic opportunities/issues
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Diploma, college preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience
Knowledge and Skills:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
- Must maintain highest level of Confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task, follow up and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
Hours Required: 8:15-4:45pm* (may require periodic overtime)*
