Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to support data processing, client transactions, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced finance company.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience working in EXCEL for data entry and processing or a young professional looking to start their career in data analysis.

What You'll Do

• Process client information, forms, and data accurately and within established service levels. Reviewing data and processes while ensuring compliance with plan rules and regulatory requirements• Communicate with internal departments to obtain required information and resolve processing issues• Maintain accurate distribution logs, records, and CRM documentation• Generate and review reports in EXCEL related to client activity and investments.• Verify and update client demographic information as needed, staying current on state and federal regulations.• Participate in training programs and assist with testing during system upgrades and enhancements• Support operational excellence through accurate recordkeeping and process compliance
