Data Entry Specialist

Job Details: Job Title:   Data Entry SpecialistLocation:   RemoteDuration:   6+ months Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.14/hr. On W2Job Description:What are the main functions of this role? o You will perform a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to data entry, email follow-ups, and communicating cross-functionally in support of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 2.0 Program throughout client. o You will read, review, modify, provide recommendations, and/or execute process maps in support of the CMMC 2.0 Program. o You will perform normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files, sending, receiving & reviewing, and/or answering emails. o You will be responsible for monitoring the news and other client internal tools for any supply chain disruptions including but not limited to major weather events, power outages, and geopolitical events. o You will be responsible for reviewing documentation for incomplete or inconsistent information. o You will communicate data errors with cross functional stakeholders via email or Microsoft teams. o You will be required to answers questions relating to project status and communicate effectively to the team. o You will gather, compile, and report information relevant to the assigned process to the appropriate team member. o You will be expected to work independently on assigned tasks. o You must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.Required Skill Sets: o MS Office Suite o Typing o Communication o Critical Thinking o Process Discipline o Data Entry
