Job Description

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Data-Entry Specialist opportunity at NDX Lord's Dental Studio in De Pere, WI

The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.  

This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter work orders into Magic Touch (software) for all cases, print, QC, and attach to case pan
  • Call offices to clarify order entry, questions, due dates and rush cases
  • Organize work throughout lab and deliver to departments
  • Verifies the content of outgoing orders by accurately reviewing the prescription, work ticket and other applicable notes
  • Assists with FedEx, UPS and USPS
  • Answers the telephone and provides customer service when needed
  • Assist with shipping and receiving department – opening and disinfecting FedEx/UPS cases
  • Send out prescription forms, boxes and labels
  • Assist with Invoicing and Processing
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations (gloves, mask and eyewear)
  • All other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Ability to complete assigned workload as needed
  • Great customer service
  • Strong computer skills along with data entry
  • Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology - preferred
  • Willingness to assist other employees and perform other administrative duties as required
  • Train other employees as needed

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Magic Touch
  • Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Administrative experience preferred; data entry experience a must

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
