Job Summary
Join our team in Northborough, MA, a charming town known for its rich history and vibrant community. This position involves intensive data entry work, primarily performed while seated, with occasional physical tasks involving document cartons.
Responsibilities
- Enter data from individual medical files into the database with a high frequency of keystrokes (10,000 kph) and 100% accuracy confirmed by 'double key' verification.
- Carry cartons weighing 30-50 lbs for distances up to 20 feet, approximately every 5-7 minutes.
- Lift and lower cartons from/to pallets and workstations, with lift heights ranging from 13” to 45”.
- Return reviewed files to their boxes and transport them back to the pallet.
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain a consistent high frequency of keystrokes with accuracy.
- Physical capability to carry and lift cartons as specified.
- Adherence to attire guidelines, ensuring presentable and appropriate clothing for the work environment.
- Compliance with safety footwear requirements, meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards with a slip-resistant rating of "Better or Best".
Work Schedule
Normal work schedule is 5 days a week, 9 hours a day, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Work is predominantly seated, except during the physical handling of cartons, which constitutes approximately 5% of the time.
