- Perform data gathering, validation, abstraction, and entry into product catalog systems
- Input data from suppliers, third-party sources, and onsite research
- Conduct advanced quality audits on catalog data
- Generate and distribute custom reports
- Support documentation, filing, and scanning tasks
- Provide user support and training related to data processes
- Maintain high accuracy in data entry and audit functions
- Minimum 3–4 years of data entry experience
