Job Description
Do you possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion? Qualified Staffing is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for our client in Byron, Ga.Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pmPay: $17/hourAvailable positions: 1Responsibilities:
- Enter, verify, and manage data across systems and databases
- Format documents, convert files, and handle uploads/downloads
- Track orders, follow up with vendors, and provide updates
- Process receipts, invoicing, and shipping documentation
- Review files, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accuracy
- Organize and maintain document control and records (ISO support)
- Experience in data entry, admin, or document control
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and multitasking ability
- Able to troubleshoot issues and work independently
- Professional, reliable, and handles confidential info well
- Experience with Quantum (Component Control) is a must
- Ability to work within US Government contractual realm
