Data Entry SpecialistPOSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a small team during a maternity leave coverage. This role involves processing client files in a structured, repetitive workflow and requires a high level of accuracy and adherence to established procedures.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Process incoming client files and determine appropriate payment handling (including identifying when payments are bypassed)*
- Accurately enter data following a strict, step-by-step process*
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure data integrity*
- Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and precision*
- Utilize Excel for basic data organization, including working with columns and tables*
- Follow established workflows without deviation; ability to avoid overanalyzing tasks is important
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy*
- Ability to follow structured processes and instructions precisely*
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (columns, tables, data entry)*
- Strong organizational and time management skills*
- Ability to work in a repetitive, process-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred).
