JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Data Entry Specialist –Part Time/20 hoursLocation: Phoenix, AZ –OnsiteDuration: 3-month contract Additional Information:
  • 20 hours/week (may exceed based on workload Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Onsite work only. Assignment is not expected to be extended at this time.

  • The Data Entry Specialist will support - Department of Public Health with its 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment.
  • This position will receive paper surveys that have been completed by community members in either English or Spanish and transcribe them into a digital database.
  • The position will also be responsible for quality assurance checks to ensure accurate data entry.
Skills Required:
  • English and Spanish comprehension (reading and writing);computer / technology skills;typing speed
Skills Preferred:
  • Experience in Public Health

  • Data Entry
Education Required:
  • High school diploma or GED
