Data Entry Specialist

• Create sales orders for all incoming gel and PDP orders from multiple sources.
• Customer inquiries, field questions, order status
• Take orders
• Monitor incoming emails for orders and customer inquiries and respond accordingly.
• Contact offices with orders on processing hold for reasons other than credit/delinquency to resolve.
• Utilize FMP to log conversations, follow up needs and sales history
• Ensure orders are logged in FMP
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communications skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with potential customers
• Strong computer skills

• High school degree or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, phone handling, and data entry
• Ability to talk and hear effectively, particularly when handling phone calls and virtual meetings
• Occasional need to lift or move office supplies or packages up to 15 pounds

• Work is typically performed in a professional office or remote/home office environment
• Standard office conditions with moderate noise levels from phones, conversations, and office equipment
• Use of standard office technology including computers, headsets, telephones, and web-based platforms
• Fast-paced and collaborative setting with a focus on customer satisfaction, accuracy, and timely communication
