Position Overview

This role sits at the center of BSMR’s transformation into a modern data and AI-driven organization. The position will support Brand Sourcing & Manufacturer Relations (BSMR) by delivering trusted, enterprise grade analytics and reporting while actively participating in the evolution of a centralized Databricks based data platform and the expansion of advanced analytics, AI, and Agentic AI capabilities. and AI driven organization grade analytics and reporting while actively participating in the evolution of a based data platform. 

As BSMR Analytics & Insights continues to consolidate fragmented data sources into a governed, scalable platform, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow alongside the team’s technical and analytical maturity—from foundational reporting and reconciliation today, to increasingly automated, intelligent, and agent enabled analytics in the future.

Key Responsibilities

The roleis responsible fordeliveringhigh-qualityanalytics and reporting solutions across theend-to-endmanufacturer andlogisticslifecycle, enabling BSMR leadership and stakeholders to make informed, defensible decisions. The position partners closely with business, IT, and data platform teams to ensure analytics areaccurate, auditable, scalable, and aligned to enterprise standards,qualityanalyticsand reporting solutions across theend-to-endmanufacturer andlogisticslifecycle

In addition to supporting core reporting needs, the role contributes to theindustrialization of analytics—helping transition manual,ad hoc, andExcel basedprocesses intorepeatable, automated, andplatform drivensolutionswithin Databricks and enterprise BI tools.

  • Leadend-to-enddelivery of enterprise reporting and analytics solutionssupporting Brand Sourcing & Manufacturer Relations (BSMR), spanning sales, chargebacks, purchasing, inventory, and manufacturer performance data.

  • Support the migration and centralization of analyticsfrom disparate sources into the BSMR Databricks platform, partnering with platform and engineering teams to align reporting with governed data models. 

  • Performsource-to-targetreconciliation, data validation, and issue resolutionto ensure accuracy, consistency, and auditability across SAP andotherdata sources. 

  • Proactivelyidentifydata quality gaps, inconsistencies, and enhancement opportunities, driving remediation through structured issue tracking,root causeanalysis, and stakeholder collaboration. 

  • Serve as atrusted analytics partnerto BSMR leadership, IT, and business stakeholders, clearly communicating data readiness, risks, timelines, and dependencies. 

  • Design, develop, andmaintainenterprise reporting repositoriesthatsupportongoing operational needs and future analytical use cases. 

  • Identifyand evaluate opportunities for automation and analytical advancement, contributing to the team’s roadmap for scalable analytics, AIenabled insights, andagent-drivencapabilities. 

  • Supportad hoc and exploratory analyticswhile helping transition recurring requests into standardized, automated solutions.

MinimumRequirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degreeincomputer science, business or other related field or 4+ years of experience in data analytics

Critical Capabilities

  • Experience withSAP or comparable enterprise ERP platforms, including HANA, Business Objects, and Business Warehouse. 

  • Demonstratedend-to-endownership of analytics and reporting delivery, from requirements gathering through data modeling, validation, andexecutive readyoutputs. 

  • Advanced SQLexpertise, including development and optimization across multiple platforms, with experience using Databricks to support scalable analytics and BI models. 

  • AdvancedproficiencyinMicrosoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization. 

  • Strongbusiness acumen, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear process flows and automated analytical solutions. 

  • Clear, concise communicator capable ofarticulating insights and recommendationsto both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. 

  • Experience building dashboards and reports inPower BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
