Data/Management Analyst

• Education: Bachelor's degree, Information Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Must have a Secret or Top-Secret Clearance.  Must have the ability to obtain an SCI

• Proven experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) or any other software with data analysis background.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Excel, SharePoint, and Access.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Manage the process of adding new data into the CMS, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data validation and quality checks on new entries to ensure they meet our data standards.
• Work with various teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new data and users.
• Coordinate with key team members to schedule reporting and analytics to meet mission requirements.

• Oversees the removal of data and user accounts from the CMS in a secure and timely manner.
• Archive data according to our data retention policies and best practices.
• Deactivate and remove user access, ensuring that all security protocols are followed.
• Maintain a log of all offboarding activities for auditing and reporting purposes.

• Regularly audit and clean the data within the CMS to maintain its integrity and accuracy.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors.
• Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues within the CMS.

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from the CMS data to support business decisions.
• Analyze data trends and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to track key metrics.
• Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our data management processes.
• Document all data management processes and procedures.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data management and analysis.
