Data Risk Analyst
Remote
6 Month Contract
$50-85 Hourly.

The Role:
- Using SQL to pull specific datasets from the database.
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to determine patterns and trends.
- When needed, write new fraud rules/adjust rules when necessary.
- Collaborate with product, payment operations, and other stakeholders to create dashboards and present the data to drive decision making.
- Working within ACH/risk fraud domain.
- Hit the ground running, understanding if the fraud logic is working or not.
- Work with various teams for collaborations in particular the fraud team.
Skills & Experiences:
- High level SQL understanding with around 3 years of hands on experience. (Must)
- Working knowledge of using data visualizations such as Tableau/Power BI (Ideally Looker).
- Experience working within or with a risk or fraud team. (Fintech Ideally)
- Databricks understanding is a nice to have.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
