The Marketing Science team is pivotal in the delivery of modern agency services. We are tightly integrated with planning and investment teams to deliver on and exceed our clients’ business goals.ResponsibilitiesExternal facing responsibilities:Executing the measurement planProduction of campaign reports and analyses according to measurement plansDevelopment of dashboards in data visualization tools such as Datorama and TableauOn-going data QA to ensure data used for reporting and analysis is accurateDevelopment of observations and actionable insights around campaign resultsData storytelling of results and analyses in presentation decks/slidesPresenting reports and proposals to clients during monthly and weekly phone callsInternal facing responsibilities:Partner with the Planning and Investment teams on annual budget setting, media plan development and ongoing budget / plan optimization.Keep in front of industry trends and developments by engaging in trainingRequired SkillsExperience in integrated marketing related to media and/or customer journey development, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, ROI developmentExpertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertisingSolution development: analytic skills, critical thinking and clarifying strategic & operational issues as relates to data and analytics. Problem-solving skills to drive issues to resolution.Stellar communication skillsComfortable working in ambiguous situationsEducation and ExperienceA university degree and 1+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consultingKnowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable, but not required California: $40,000.00-$75,000.00Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
