Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions. This role requires deep expertise in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and MLOps, along with the ability to architect scalable, production-grade systems.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving innovation across predictive analytics, knowledge graph systems, and large language model (LLM) applications, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop advanced machine learning models across NLP, optimization, and predictive analytics use cases
• Lead end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, including:
  • Data ingestion and preprocessing
  • Model training, validation, and deployment
  • Monitoring, performance tuning, and CI/CD automation
• Design and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines using modern frameworks and tools
• Build and enhance Knowledge Graph-driven systems, including ontology design, graph modeling, and reasoning
• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for:
  • Text classification and summarization
  • Semantic search and embeddings
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Agent-based AI workflows
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions
• Ensure best practices in model governance, scalability, and performance optimization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Architecture
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Machine Learning algorithms (supervised & unsupervised learning)
  • Statistical modeling and optimization techniques
• Deep experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP):
  • Semantic search
  • Text modeling
  • Embeddings
• Proven experience with MLOps frameworks and tools:
  • MLflow, Kubeflow, Apache Airflow
  • Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• Strong programming skills in Python and relevant ML libraries
• Experience designing and deploying scalable, distributed ML systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare / Insurance / Managed Care (MCO) domain:
  • Claims processing
  • Clinical workflows
  • Risk modeling
  • Regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with:
  • Vector databases
