Role Summary: In this position, you'll collaborate directly with a world-class machine learning and scientific computing group to drive a data-first strategy in therapeutic innovation. Your focus will be on the design, acquisition, curation, and in-depth analysis of complex scientific datasets primarily biological and chemical to accelerate discovery pipelines through data insights and predictive modeling. Ideal Background:

• Ph.D. in medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, computational biology, or a related discipline
• Proven wet lab experience with a solid grasp of assay development and experimental design
• Strong understanding of drug discovery workflows, including early-stage R&D
• Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments; scripting proficiency in Python or similar languages
• Industry experience in pharma/biotech is a strong advantage
