We are looking for a Data Scientist!

This position will play a key role in shaping data-driven strategies that directly influence the bank's profitability, customer value, and market competitiveness. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, finance, and product strategy - transforming data into pricing intelligence that supports smarter, faster business decisions.

Will design and implement advanced pricing and profitability models for retail banking products, leveraging internal performance metrics, market benchmarks, and third-party data sources. Through predictive modeling, elasticity analysis, and scenario testing, will help the organization optimize deposit and loan pricing, forecast financial outcomes, and identify growth opportunities.

Collaborating across product, finance, and executive teams, will translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations that drive strategic action. Will also contribute to enhancing our analytics infrastructure - improving data pipelines, model governance, and reporting capabilities to strengthen enterprise-wide decision-making.
