The Opportunity:

CACI is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Validator to provide essential support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona. This is a unique opportunity to work on critical defense projects and make a significant impact on US Navy operations.Responsibilities:

  • Validation of source data prior to loading into Material Readiness Databases (MRDB).

  • Reviewing Fleet Failure data for accuracy and relevancy. 

  • Verification of data accuracy and completements in accordance with documented standards.

  • Monitoring of data quality and resolving data issues.

  • Performing Ad-hoc data calls.

  • Participate in data reviews with Government Analyst to ensure data accuracy.

  • Conducting regular audits of data entries to ensure compliance with established protocols.

  • Implementing improvements to data validation processes based on audit results and feedback.

  • Collaborating with IT teams to resolve any technical issues affecting data accuracy.

  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation of all data validation processed and procedures.

Qualifications:Required: 

  • Relevant Degree or US Navy equivalent work experience.

  • Familiarity with US Navy ship and submarine systems is desired.

  • Proven experience in data validation or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Proficiency in using data validation software and tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Desired:

  • Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance Preferred.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
