(PBS) Professional Building Services is hiring dependable applicants for Evening Part-time Davenport, IA Custodial position in Davenport, IA.

Job Type: Part-TimePay: $11.25 – $15.00 per hourAnticipated Start: January 2026 (positions may begin as early as Monday, January 26th, 2026)

Recruiting hours: Monday-Friday between 6AM-9AM.

Job Description:We are currently preparing for the upcoming New Year and are seeking reliable Part-Time Commercial Cleaners to join our team. These roles are being filled in advance, with onboarding beginning in January. Some positions may start as early as Monday, January 26th, 2026, depending on location and operational needs.

Duties Include:

General commercial cleaning tasks (floors, restrooms, common areas)
Trash removal and restocking supplies
Dusting, wiping, and sanitizing surfaces
Following company cleaning procedures and safety standards

Schedule:

Part-time hours only (1-3 hours per day)
Evening and/or flexible shifts may be available

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Dependable and detail-oriented
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting
Prior commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not required

Compensation:

Hourly pay ranging from $11.25 to $15.00, based on individual buildings, tasks, locations and contract.
