FULL-TIME | YEAR ROUND

The Day Group Sales Representative is responsible for coordinating all aspects of Day Group Sales efforts, including, but not limited to the selling of: skiing and snowboarding, water park groups, climbing center & movie nights, tram rides, golf outings, disc golf, college products, etc. Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders for group needs and plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)
- Booking regional direct day group business.
- Ticketing of all Day Groups, utilizing ticketing software.
- Communicates directly with all day groups, up-selling all potential sales opportunities.
- Attends regional off-site sales efforts for Jay Peak Resort.
- Promotes smooth implementation of any Day Group needs.
- Daily and weekly use of the Day Group forecasting templates.
- Sales of all products offered, across the resort.
- Communicates with internal stakeholders for group needs and plans.
- Researches as needed for day group sales efforts.
- Develops new regional business contacts for day group, off-site, college and water park sales efforts.
- Answers phone calls to the general sales line on a daily basis.
- Daily retrieval emails from the general group email account.
- Participates in weekly team meetings.
- Works closely with Senior Sales Manager and DOS to produce bi-weekly sales reports.
- Works with SSM and DOS for complete end of season and annual reporting.

- Base wage starting at $17.00-$20.00 per hour plus commission
