CLEANING TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:
Maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and presentability of the building
Common Area Maintenance (lobbies, hallways, waiting rooms, and break rooms)
Restroom Upkeep (periodically checking restrooms throughout day to clean, restock, and remove trash)
Clinical Suite (trash removal, restroom cleaning, restocking supplies, removing and transporting biological waste)
- Rapid Response (handling spills, overflowing trash, or other cleanings to ensure a safe, hazard-free environment)
- Sanitization (wiping down frequently touched objects like chairs, doorknobs, elevator buttons, etc to promote hygiene)
- Exterior Building Maintenance (maintaining cleanliness of parking lot areas and at entrances/exits)
What We Need From You:
3 Years Experience (Preferred)
3 Professional References
Ability to work independently, with others, and around the public
