- Setting up and operating production and machine equipment to meet daily targets.*
- Inspecting finished products for quality, including checks for cuts, folds, alignment, and defects.*
- Loading raw materials and unloading finished products with care and precision.*
- Monitoring machine performance and troubleshooting minor issues to prevent downtime.*
- Packaging finished products accurately, tracking production quantities, and maintaining documentation.*
- Following all safety guidelines, wearing required PPE, and adhering to best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred but not required.*
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime when necessary.*
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.*
- Basic math and measurement skills to follow work orders and specifications.*
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and documentation.*
- Steel toe boots and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.*
