Job Description
- Lead and supervise frontline replenishment personnel to ensure all functions are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure team members follow all organizational, operational, inventory control, safety, and service policies and procedures.
- Coach, train, and develop associates to support strong individual and team performance.
- Establish productivity expectations, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for associate development and operational enhancement.
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Analyze inventory flow, demand, and forecasting data to determine optimal SKU placement.
- Improve ergonomics and safety by positioning high‑frequency and heavy items at accessible levels.
- Adjust item locations based on seasonal trends, new product introductions, and product affinities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Excel, and—ideally—slotting or AI‑driven optimization tools. Strong organizational, multi‑tasking, and time‑management capabilities required.
- Knowledge of warehouse layouts, picking methodologies, and replenishment processes.
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching, and other physical activity.
- Ability to work extended hours during peak business periods.
- Flexibility to work overnight, early‑morning, or late‑evening hours as needed.
- Comfortable working at heights of 8 ft or more.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
