Job Title: Classroom Support Staff Early ChildhoodLocation: Albion, NEStarting Pay: $17/hour+ (Higher pay for CDA, Associate s/Bachelor s degree, or 3+ years of early childhood experience)About the Role:Do you have a passion for helping children learn and grow? We are seeking a caring, dependable and enthusiastic Classroom Support Staff member to join our client's early childhood education team. In this role, you will support teachers, engage with children and help foster a safe, positive and fun learning environment.Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support for classroom teachers
- Monitor and supervise children to ensure safety and well-being
- Assist in creating a nurturing and positive environment for learning and play
- Build strong relationships with children, parents and guardians
- Alert teachers to any concerns, issues or emergencies
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
- Greet parents and address children by name to foster connections
- Follow all center policies and procedures
- Assist children with indoor and outdoor play, learning activities, meals, naptime and toileting
- Competitive starting wage of $17/hour+
- Higher pay for CDA, Associate s, or Bachelor s degree, or 3+ years of experience in an early childhood setting
