What You’ll Do as a Front of House Team Member:
- Greet guests with a smile, make eye contact, and speak enthusiastically.
- Build emotional connections with guests by creating a welcoming and positive experience.
- Multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Embody the vision and values of the restaurant, encouraging others to do the same.
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s rules, dress code, and standards of excellence.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

- Flexibility to work varied schedules.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
