Dishwasher

The Old Saloon is seeking a reliable and motivated Dishwasher to join our hardworking kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our cooks and servers have the tools they need to create and deliver incredible dining experiences. This position requires a strong commitment to cleanliness and efficiency, as you will be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, as well as assisting with general kitchen duties. Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing machines or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and various areas of the restaurant.
• Assist kitchen staff by providing clean pots, pans, and utensils in a timely manner.
• Take out the trash and ensure that waste disposal is handled according to health regulations.
• Stock and organize kitchen supplies and cleaning materials.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a variety of tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to cleanliness.
• Capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
