The DCAS Capital Project Manager leads complex public‑sector capital projects from initial planning through design, construction, and close‑out. This position requires strong technical, financial, and stakeholder management expertise to deliver projects on schedule, on budget, and in full regulatory compliance.

Description
- Manage DCAS capital projects from planning through construction and close‑out
- Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and delivery strategies
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and city agencies
- Oversee design development, construction administration, and field activities
- Monitor project costs, change orders, forecasts, and risk mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with DCAS, NYC, and regulatory requirements and procedures
- Review contracts, procurement documents, invoices, and project documentation
- Lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Track progress, resolve issues, and provide clear reporting to senior leadership
- Drive accountability, quality, and timely delivery across all project phases

A successful Project Manager should have:
