Job Description

The DCAS Capital Project Manager leads complex public‑sector capital projects from initial planning through design, construction, and close‑out. This position requires strong technical, financial, and stakeholder management expertise to deliver projects on schedule, on budget, and in full regulatory compliance.Client DetailsThe client is a cornerstone New York City public agency responsible for delivering capital improvements across essential city facilities and infrastructure. Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and city agencies

Oversee design development, construction administration, and field activities

Monitor project costs, change orders, forecasts, and risk mitigation plans

Ensure compliance with DCAS, NYC, and regulatory requirements and procedures

Review contracts, procurement documents, invoices, and project documentation

Lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders

Track progress, resolve issues, and provide clear reporting to senior leadership
