The DCAS Capital Project Manager leads complex public‑sector capital projects from initial planning through design, construction, and close‑out. Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and city agencies

Oversee design development, construction administration, and field activities

Monitor project costs, change orders, forecasts, and risk mitigation plans

Ensure compliance with DCAS, NYC, and regulatory requirements and procedures

Review contracts, procurement documents, invoices, and project documentation

Lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders

Track progress, resolve issues, and provide clear reporting to senior leadership
