What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency medical care and patient assessment in accordance with established protocols
- Maintain strong working knowledge of treatment guidelines, response procedures, and quality assurance standards
- Ensure readiness of your assigned unit, including cleanliness, equipment checks, medical supply inventory, and overall vehicle condition
- Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all policies and regulations
- Collaborate effectively with partners, dispatch, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication related to patient care and transport
- Support a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current EMT certification in the state of practice
- Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification
