Job Summary:We are seeking a Deal Desk Analyst with a hybrid work model, requiring local candidates to be in the Lehi office twice a week. This position plays a pivotal role in managing enterprise-level transactions, ensuring deal accuracy, compliance, and fostering effective collaboration with sales teams. The ideal candidate will aid in structuring profitable and compliant deals, accelerating deal closures while adhering to company policies and revenue recognition standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and manage contracts to ensure necessity and accuracy.
Provide comprehensive analysis and support for financial operations related to deals.
Partner directly with sales teams to ensure deal precision and compliance.
Assist legally when needed, mainly in contract reviews and queries.
Amply communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to articulate deal value and adherence to policy.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Contract Management and Review.
Strong understanding of enterprise deals and financial analysis.
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and multiple teams.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Experience in financial operations within a tech or sales-focused organization is highly desirable, particularly those with previous roles in Deals Desk, Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, or Product Management.
