Dealer Accounting Clerk (Multi-Tasking Role)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dealer Accounting Clerk to join our fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, stays organized under pressure, and wants hands-on exposure to all areas of an automotive office.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable support
- DMV processing and title work
- Daily deposits and cash handling
- General office administration and data entry
- Assisting multiple departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
