We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills and previous dealership experience. Responsibilities
- Daily deposit
- Process trade payoffs
- 8300 submissions
- Reconcile schedules
- Disburse checks
- Prepare invoices for posting
- Scanning
- Breakdown and file deals
- Any other additional duties assigned
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- A critical thinker and effective time manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
