Are you motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to succeed? Our client is seeking a Dealer Relationship Representative to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll be the face of the company to auto and powersports dealers, building trust-based partnerships that drive long-term success.

You’ll introduce dealers to the company’s financing programs, support them through the origination and funding process, and help them maximize growth opportunities. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where relationship-building and results go hand-in-hand.

What You’ll Do:

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing auto and powersports dealers.

-Prospect and onboard new clients to expand market presence within your assigned territory.

-Promote company products and services to dealer partners, demonstrating their value and impact.

-Support dealers with loan origination and funding, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

-Collaborate with leadership to analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and drive growth strategies.

-Monitor market competition and provide insights on pricing, products, and marketing approaches.

-Resolve dealer concerns and escalate key issues with thoughtful recommendations.

-Manage your territory independently with strong time management and prioritization skills.

What We’re Looking For

-High School Diploma/GED required; additional education a plus.

-1–3 years of experience in auto dealerships, B2B sales, or finance, with knowledge of credit and lending.

-Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

-Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret reports and identify trends.

-Ability to work remotely with reliable internet/phone service and a dedicated workspace.

-Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience in auto finance relationship management or account management.

-Demonstrated success building and maintaining client relationships within the dealership or lending space.

-Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Travel Requirements

This is a highly mobile role, requiring 50–75% travel across the territory for dealer visits, ride-alongs, trade shows, and marketing events. You’ll represent the company at industry events to grow brand presence and forge new dealer partnerships.
