M&F Auto Sales – Academy Location | Albuquerque, NM

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys a mix of office work and light errands.
Responsibilities:
- Process and deliver dealership documents (titles, registration paperwork, license plates, etc.)
- Run paperwork to the MVD, banks, and other partners as needed
- Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and organizing records
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Support office and sales teams with administrative tasks
- Help maintain organized workspaces and files
- Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Follow dealership policies and compliance procedures
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid driver’s license (for occasional document runs)
- Comfortable with computers and basic office software
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive or office experience is a plus, but not required
