Salary Range: $30000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the automotive parts department, ensuring efficient and profitable operations.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and cataloging parts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
Lead, train, and motivate the parts department team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal (service technicians) and external customers.
Implement and enforce dealership policies and procedures within the parts department.
Monitor departmental performance and implement strategies for improvement and growth.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive parts department management.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, ordering, and stocking procedures.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office products, DMS software and inventory management software.
- Familiarity with automotive systems, OEM parts specifications, auto body repair supplies, and automotive service workflows.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
