At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. The Opportunity

Our PwC Accelerated Solutions solution is uniquely positioned to address complex deal challenges with our highly cross functional and interdependent approach. We are the leading practice for Complex Deals, and can expedite complex deal execution, leveraging our unique IT and business process skills. As part of the Accelerated Solutions team, you will be responsible crafting the separation/integration strategy, heavily leaning on top class IT skills and problem solving capabilities. As a Senior Associate you are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others and leading workstreams. You are responsible for experiencing the entire deal cycle, from due diligence, Day One / TSA exit planning, systems integration and separation, value creation and costs optimization.

Private Equity (PE) firms are increasingly pursuing complex deals, such as carveouts, buy and split, and major integrations, amid market uncertainty. Integrating/separating IT tends to be the most complex part of these deals and requires out of the box creative thinking, working across 10-12 business functions, and ability to get it done at deal speed.

Responsibilities

• Supporting IT functions within M&A, including systems integration and separation
• Analyzing complex problems and providing actionable insights
• Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance
• Maintaining exceptional standards in every client engagement
• Experiencing the entire deal cycle from due diligence to negotiations
• Conducting synergy analysis and refining stranded costs
• Utilizing firm methodologies and technology resources effectively
• Navigating complex situations to deliver quality outcomes

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• IT applications (e.g., ERP, HRIS, CRM, etc.) or infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft 365, Active Directory, network, hosting) experience preferred
• Assisting team across the deal spectrum proactively
• Planning and overseeing integration and separation projects
• Developing financial models for IT
• Recommending enterprise architecture and solutions
• Building relationships and communicating effectively
• Supporting engagement leaders with project management
• Contributing to solution development and thought leadership

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
