Dean of Nursing – PermanentLocation: Portland, OR 97216

  • Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 per year

  • Bonuses: Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance

  • Education Required: MSN (Master of Science in Nursing)

  • Experience Required:

    • 5+ years total nursing experience

    • 2+ years acute care experience

    • 3+ years nursing education experience

  • Licensure: Active Oregon RN license required

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee nursing program operations and academic standards

  • Supervise faculty, curriculum development, and program accreditation compliance

  • Support student success, clinical partnerships, and educational quality
