To assist with the operation of the Deans' Offices and cover for staff absences (illness, lunch, meetings)Department: Dean of Studies
Location: Olin Center 210Supervisor: Ruth CotterWork Available: Daytime; Monday-FridayRate of Pay: $9.70/hr
Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
Greet visitors
Answer office telephones
Run on-campus errands (pick-up/delivery)
Copying, scanning, filing, data entry and shredding
Process application proposals and other application information
Place calls to members of the incoming class
Post advertising materials across campus
- Assist with other office work and projects as needed
Qualifications:
Confidentiality is very important
Excellent communication skills
Previous customer service experience preferred
Previous office experience preferred
Previous computer experience (including Microsoft Office Suite) required
Location: Schenectady, NY
