Job Description
hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account. Earn strong weekly pay while delivering dry freight across the Midwest, with a weekly home-time schedule and mileage-based compensation.
Pay & Earnings
- Average weekly pay: $1,900
- Top weekly pay: $2,300
- Average annual pay: $98,800
- Top annual pay: $119,600
- Mileage and load pay
- Safe and on-time mileage bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay
Schedule & Home Time
- Home weekly with a 34-hour reset
- Approximately 1,750 miles per week
- Typically 2 loads per week
- Drivers must coordinate safe, secure truck parking with the account manager
Routes & Freight
- Dedicated Dollar Tree account
- Deliveries across Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, and South Dakota
- Dry freight
- Touch freight: drivers hand-unload trailers using rollers at customer locations
Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
- Must be at least 22 years old
- No SAP drivers
